Every MRM at GoodCell is not only a consummate professional but a great human as well. GoodCell’s MRMs are trained in HIPAA and beholden to keeping the “circle of care” for their members private. MRMs are not doctors and do not provide medical advice; rather, they guide you through what is next and provide ongoing customer support for any needs you might have throughout your lifelong membership.

Alyssa Frew
Member Relationship Manager
Alyssa applied her BS in Business Management and Supervision from Broward College to enter the healthcare and insurance sectors with companies such as American Pediatric Dental Group and Allstate Insurance. Her experience speaking directly with the customer with strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines gives her a level of empathy our members have come to depend on. Alyssa believes helping our members achieve their health goals via the science-based approach that GoodCell takes is the beginning of living longer and better.
Corey Bonilla
Member Relationship Manager
Corey applied his BA in Health Science from Stony Brook University to a successful career as a Physical Therapy Aide, honing his skills in one-on-one patient care and working under HIPAA guidelines. He has seen how prevention and early knowledge can change the trajectory of a person’s health and mobility. His decision to join GoodCell was fueled by his belief that the future of medicine is based on a proactive approach. His experience in helping people regain their health brings fresh insight to our member communications.
Jessica Murray
Member Relationship Manager
After receiving her BA in Political Science at UMass Amherst Jessica has spent over 15 years in the health care and biotech-based industry with Quest Diagnostics and Foundation Medicine. Now she is proud to be a Senior Member Relationship Manager and part of an amazing team at GoodCell where she can use her extensive customer service experience to help with the company’s mission of empowering people to live longer, healthier lives.
Kelly Swick
Member Relationship Manager
Kelly earned her BA in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University and graduated Cum Laude from Northcentral University with an MBA in Homeland Security. Her early career was in Human Resources, heading up the HR department for Transcend Security Solutions, one of Arizona’s largest security companies. Kelly joined GoodCell’s Member Relationship Management (MRM) team because she believes in our mission and our services. Her philosophy is that you can’t put a price tag on your personal health.
Kevin Orr
Member Relationship Manager
Kevin has many years of experience in the service industry and human resources management. He has a degree in Business Administration and Management and is working on his next degree focused on Human Resources. He formerly held roles in management with Gap Inc. and Human Resources management at Fresenius Medical Care, where he was a certified professional with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP). He has a passion for working with people and prides himself on providing excellent customer service.
Miguel Rosa
Member Relationship Manager
Miguel has been in the healthcare industry for many years, holding client-service roles at companies such as Mass Health and Sunlife. At Foundation Medicine, Miguel worked with internal and external clients in the fight against cancer. His enthusiasm for GoodCell’s proactive approach to well-being and cutting-edge health innovation is contagious and reaches every member he works with. Miguel is a multi-lingual MRM including Spanish, which provides options to our members on their language of choice for inquiries.
Sasha Durocher
Member Relationship Manager
Sasha’s BS in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Psychology from Florida International University introduced her to the healthcare sector via Cell Science Systems. Her experience interfacing with medical professionals ignited her interest in biotechnology, leading her to GoodCell. Guiding our Members through their GoodCell Journey with knowledge and empathy, Sasha makes every Member’s experience a positive one from the very first interaction.
Genetic Counselors
Lisa Paglierani
Genetic Counselor
Lisa loves being a genetic counselor so much that she became one twice. After completing a master’s degree in Medical Genetics from the University of Cincinnati, she earned her board certification in genetic counseling. She then worked as a prenatal genetic counselor at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston until becoming a parent herself. Four children later, Lisa returned to the world of genetics with a fresh perspective and earned her board certification for a second time. Since then, she has gained experience in personalized genomic medicine and knowledge of various genetic testing methods, including whole genome sequencing. Lisa is committed to helping members understand their genetic information so that it can be meaningful for them. She is excited to be part of the GoodCell team!
